CA-IS374x series is a high performance four-channel digital isolator developed and manufactured by Shanghai ChuanTu Microelectronics Co. This series consists of three models, CA-IS3740, CA-IS3741 and CA-IS3742, each optimised for different application scenarios. These isolators offer isolation voltages up to 5kVRMS and ultra-fast data rates from DC to 150Mbps, making them ideal for use in areas such as industrial automation, motor control and communication systems.
